Why Morgan?
The Morgan Supersport isn’t just a car—it’s a rolling contradiction. Timeless and modern. Elegant yet aggressive. It was the perfect muse for this experiment: how far can AI push visual storytelling when anchored in real design legacy?

The pipeline (and a bit of the madness)
Here’s what went into it:
💡 Concept first
Before tumbling down the rabbit hole, I dreamt up a location and story concept to compliment the car. In this case, the location played a key role for the story. I wanted it to be a story about discovery and that played into the mythical nature of legacy vs modern touch.
🗂️ Created image data-sets
I curated a custom dataset of the Morgan Supersport—pulling stills, archival shots, 3D renders, and visual references that helped the model learn the car’s distinct language.
🧠 Trained custom LoRAs
LoRAs were trained not only for the car but also a featured model who appears in the video. This allowed for consistent visual identity throughout generations.
🖼️ Image generation
Visuals were generated using tools like Kive.ai, Black Forest Labs Flux, and a project favorite: Magnific AI (Mystic 2.5 model). These outputs weren’t just placeholders—they were the art direction.
🎞️ Animation
Using Google DeepMind Veo2 and Kling AI 1.6 Pro (by Kuaishou), stills were brought to life. Dynamic pans, parallax, and simulated drone moves gave it that high-end cinematic vibe.
📈 Upscaling
Raw outputs were upscaled using Topaz Labs Video AI, Starlight (image enhancer) (formerly Gigapixel) to ensure crystal clarity at 4K+ resolution.
🎨 Color
Color grading was done manually using LUTs to bring a consistent tone across shots. This is where the human touch still really matters.
📝 The poem
A voiceover script was co-written with ChatGPT as a minimalist poem. It’s simple, but that’s the beauty. A whisper, not a shout.
🗣️ Voiceover + sound
Voiced using ElevenLabs, paired with Suno AI generated music and layered ElevenLabs' AI-generated SFX.
🌍 Subtitles
Auto-translated subtitles created with Google Translate, making the piece instantly accessible.
🎬 Final edit
All elements were brought together in Adobe Premiere Pro with light compositing and finesse.
What this means for brands
This wasn’t just a “what if.” This was a real, end-to-end execution of an (almost) campaign-ready spec spot. The final result? A minute-long, emotionally resonant visual story—produced without a single shoot day.
Yes, it still needs a human hand.
Yes, we’re refining the workflow constantly.
